what to i have to do in the skin xml to get rid of the gray overlay ? i will be very happy if someone help me with that...

I think i have answered you the same Q in the General forums. Its part of the graphics file (png) of the skin, so you will have to unzip the skin and open the 2-6Decks .png file with Photoshop or other Image Editor, and make a simple rectangular over that area.
