I think a cheap DJ Headphone is not so good for DJing, but i have in my Backup Equipment for this Job a Sony MDR 150 DJ,
is cheap and good enough for me for the Backup for some Time.
Does this Model is good enough for You too, i waiste not.
My good DJ Headphone is the Shure SHJ 750 DJ ist very good for me,to hear the beats will not miss him,
before them i have a Ortofon O2 is good to but he was stolen on a event.
For Mic-Work i have a Shure SM 48 LC (Very good too)
greatings,Dirk

Quite honestly, I have no issue using low cost headphones as a mobile DJ. I don't need an exact reproduction of sound, I just need good sound at varying volume levels. A good budget headphon worth looking at is the American Audio HP700 ~$50US.
I have used mine for about 5 years now. I'm looking to replace them with the same ones because the vynil has worn off the pads. The first pair will still work fine as backups.

Habits and personal priorities are different.
Choose the one that fits your needs and your purse best ;-)
