@mods: i forgot the skinname in threat title. Can you please add "OrangeJuice"?

i saw the skin "Controller by DennYo" and loved it ;-)
started as an study project for my own use, i began to change buttons and visuals. The skin got a litte bit 3d and walk away from its flat look.
I wrote many parts of the code new in <defines> and shrunk the script.

i went back from the traditional color design like red/blue and use those colors only in a few parts (Deckname or waveform colors)

Beside the new gfx, there are many new features added:
- new Topzone with prelisten & sandbox inside, to create space for a bigger browserzone
- new setup inside the topzone
- seems to be the first skinrelease with a permanent waitlist / playlist.
Please aktivate "showHorizontalSideList" and read the readme.pdf inside the zip for config the 2nd Browser for use as an waitlist / Playlist
- new Waveform "2 in one row" show both waveforms side by side with overlapping beatgrids
- you can now toggle between 3 x FX Mode and 1x Fx Mode
- you can switch the cue list with a stored loop list in 2 layers 1-4 & 5-8
- move cbg with <-> near the wheel
- some new center panels for control Automixmode and Samplermode

i ask DennYo aka Denny F.. He gave me the permission to publish this skin

that was my intention....together as the first release with more than one Browser. Hope to get so some new, undocumented Info from other skinner / Atomix

Can the wave be hidden??

Never understood the need for these full screen waves, other then that it look good.

yes, one option is to hide the waves (similar to the original skin by DannYo)

update:

i need some "testing" help

i just found out, that my included Waitlist is not correct in every case of your native screen resolution.
In my Beta are 3 new variants:

1. SafeMode:
original browser
+ fits all
- has this very big header....

2. Variant with right Sidelist/Automix;
built your waitlist with the Sidelist/Automixlist on right side of Browser
+ has its own column header and individial columns
- litte bit smaller as 3. because of the separate Column header

3. Variante with horizontal Sidelist as waitlist
- Option "showHorizontalSideList" must be manual set to 'yes' (action settings 'showHorizontalSideList' yes does not work...maybe a bug)
- no individual columns & header. Use the same column as the 2nd Browser "song" section
+ 1-2 more rows as 2.

my problem:
It could be (2. and 3.) that the Waitlist will not be drawed at correct place. It has to be moved a few pixel.
For this case a scripted a few variants -9 / -6 / - 3 to +9px.

it would be fine, if someone loads the Skin, activate both waitlists an tell me, if one of these variants could solve the problem and offer a correct waitlist. I only has a native 1600x1050 screen. This works perfect.

The horizontal sidelist doesn't show until you restart VDJ (when you change it in config) so a button with the action would be the same - require restarting.

is was a syntax problem.......in settings.xml stands yes/no but as an action you have to take on/off
It work now.

The skin hasn't been approved for download by Atomix yet.

As djnice said before, there is a problem with the middle browser - it is too wide for the screen.

It looks as if djnice has deliberately made the browser too wide in order to hide some of the tabs.

djnice, if you wanted to have only the sideview in the top browser area, you could use <sideview> to show just that part (see picture).

Also, right clicking the browser button for "middle browser on/off" doesn't work when the waveform is off.

correct Folders & info should be nearly hidden

interesting.....but i found nothing about it in the SDK. Did you know the correct way to use it?

Complain to djtouchdan about that! You can just use sideview instead of browser - result shown in picture.

So the code for that section is now:

the <SideView> parts just uses a very oversized header/footer. Seems to be 1/3 of my upper browser space.
The are only 6,25 rows in playlist left. With an overlapping (bus causes also scaling problems) of the footer i will get 8,5 rows.
My variant offers 12 rows in playlist!
