Couldn't find much from VDJ users about this unit, so I'm looking for opinions from people who have it. Right now, excluding my side controllers (Novation Launchpad S & Korg Nano Kontrol 2), I'm using 3 units, Numark NS6 as my main controller, Stanton SCS.4DJ for USB backup in the event of a computer crash and a cheap portable dvd player I use for playing clients cd's. So I've been looking for a single solution to make things easier and on paper, the R1 seems to have the most bang for the buck. I understand the jogs won't be as good as my NS6 but I don't really scratch much anyway. Are there other things I'm not thinking about that should be considered? Also, would it be possible to map the tempo buttons above the master tempo buttons to say switch decks in a 4 deck skin? Thanks in advance for your input;^]
