Some skins are available for home users, but you have to be a pro user to have access to all skins.

If you bought a controller that came with VDJ, be sure to register your serial number in your account to be able to download different add ons. You do so by editing your account:

If you bought VDJ through the website, then your account should automatically show that you are a Pro user. As of now, it shows that you are just a Home User. You can only buy a Pro license through here, so if you bought it elsewhere then it's most likely not a legit copy. Same if you downloaded an illegal copy for free somewhere off the net.
