Hi all,
Is it possible to set the master volume by default to a desired value? I've observed when opening virtualdj the master volume is set automatically to 50%, is it possible to set a different value?

Just add an "ONINIT" command to your mapper, for example:
master_volume 33%

The master volume should start at 100% if you didn't change anything though.
Perhaps the volume on your controller is set to 50%?

kradcliffe, you're a beast! I think this is the thing I need, but I actually use the 7 LE version, but it's nice to know how can I modify this when I upgrade to 8 version.
The intention of all of that is because I've observed that my controller master knob also modifies the volume by hardware, and if it's controlled by virtualdj the volume is too high because the amplification is sent by virtualdj (software) and by the controller-mixer (hardware)
I will try to apply something similar to my 7 version, maybe by the windows registry...
