Topic: Input live microphone from Adobe Audition to VDJ

Dieses Thema ist veraltet und kann veraltete oder falsche Informationen enthalten.

Hi!

I've created some voice effect presets in Adobe Audition, and would like to use the audio which is coming out of Audition "live", as the mic input in VDJ. That way when I enable the microphone in Virtual DJ, the "live" microphone input which is in Audition, then get modified by the effect presets, and then is output as a microphone signal, which then VDJ inputs.

Basically: Microphone>Adobe Audition>Modified Effects by Audition>Microphone Input in VDJ

Is this possible, if so how? Thanks in advance.

PC or Mac?

Macs have virtual audio routing built in, but on PC you'd have to use a util s/w to sit between AA and VDJ route the signal.

AA -> util -> VDJ

I am on PC, could you recommend a good Utility Software for switching the inputs?

EDIT: After messing around with input/output settings in Audition and VDJ, this is what I have come up with. Note: I also have Wirecast installed on my system.

I went into the Audio Hardware preferences in AA, and changed the output from Realtek High Definition Audio (Speakers) to Wirecast Virtual Microphone Driver (Speakers)[http://prntscr.com/8xs0mu - screenshot]. Then I went into VDJ, and added a microphone source. I then changed the soundcard to Wirecast Virtual Microphone Driver[http://prntscr.com/8xs1no - screenshot], which then automatically input the signal from AA to VDJ live.
