I have an mc6000 mk and it works just fine , are you using the standard default mapping or a custom one ?

I use the standard mapping and I customed some functions like loops and browser but I know is not my controller because I have 2 one that I use in home for practice and the other to do the gigs and both do exactly the same I did not have this issue until vdj8 updated the faders and other functions

I also have two of these controllers, and they both work fine. We all have the same software, the only difference is our computers. Can you be more specific about your issues, as you did not say if this is happening on different computers.

I have had exactly this issue.
Be sure to confirm the MC6000 has the latest firmware, downloadable on Denon website.
Also, this was solved switching from Denon ASIO to WASAPI driver.

Ok, I just hooked up the 6000 to a Win 7 computer, because my work unit is Win 8.1. The computer was already on, VDJ was open, and I just connected and changed the sound settings. The first track I loaded, gave me some confusing track cue light positions. The track cues are half lit, if no cues are set. The fourth track cue was not lit at all. Even after ejecting the track, there was some confusion that now, I don't remember what it was. Loaded deck 2 an all was correct. Closed VDJ and reopened, and all seems to be OK. Closed VDJ, turned off the 6000, rebooted the machine, and all seems to work fine.

Ok it does exactly as it did to you it does it randomly
And if you have the #4 cue set and if is not lit you are triggering the cue 4 instead of setting a new cue I will try to use wasapi but I always thought asio drivers were better

Some times are othercues not just 4 and what about the cue and play buttons lighting up at the same time

There is a setting in advanced options, that I regret I cannot find at the moment.
It's about how fast the led-data are sent from VDJ to controller.
if this setting is too quick sometimes leds are not updated correctly.
EDIT: controller refresh rate is the parameter of interest

I can only tell you from my experience, and the experiences of most users of the MC6000. Do not use the Denon ASIO drivers. This has been an issue since day one. I think there may be one or two users, that I know that can use the Denon ASIO drivers. They worked for me a short time, and then would always go south, during the night. So use the wasapi drivers, and you will have a trouble free night. I do not think that would have any bearing on the lights on the controller. I can't go into this fully, as only my desktop is Win 7. Not for nothing, but why not upgrade to 10? (Do not upgrade until you do your own research, as I have not upgraded to 10). However, I am on 8.1, and do not have these issues.

Thanks I will try wassapi and I dont upgrade to windows 10 because I use 64 on latency with no issues and windows 10 has lots of going on on the back ground just check the minimum memory for Windows 7 is 2g and for 10 is 4 thats not an issue for mine because I have 8g but I don't want to move something that is working fine for me

Use WASAPI driver and forget Denon ASIO driver: you solve all issue forever.
I had your problem with Denon ASIO driver, expecially with latest version (2015); with older version work better, but when I switch to WASAPI all the problem are gone.
I used it with Windows 8.1 and now with Windows 10 and never got a problem.

Thanks mr jackson 2014 I solved the problem by changing the refresh rate as you told me my problem had nothing to do with the audio drivers in fact wassapi gave me more lag issues thanks for you help
