is this for dj-ing ?Alpine pro I have used they was good for 2 hours of dj-ing after that they change position because of headphones use then you are not fully protected .. I have took ACS17 custom fit they very good .....
if you looking to protect hearing then ACS pro 17 is the way to go !
Have this in mind ,once your ears are gone they are gone !
Tinnitus is very bad if you get that,Think man, look after your ears !

I've been using the Elacin ER20 custom made ones for several years now, and very happy with them.
I've used the Alpine's before as well, they were ok, but a lot less comfortable, and the sound quality suffers more as well.

Go to your local hearing aid store. They are able to make you custom ones for your ear. You can also choose the type of filter.
My wife runs a hearing aid business and made a pair for me. The just fit perfectly and are very comfortable even if I wear them for several hours.
But it has to be said after about 6 years you will have to get new ones. Because the ear keeps growing the whole life long and the ear plugs might not fit perfectly anymore.

I would recommend that you look into buying custom in-ear monitors. Below you will a few links to some companies that make these things. I have a pair and they are awesome for live use and they protect your earring very well! Let me know if you have any questions...
