Looks like a blend of several other DJ software packages.

The good thing is that it supports midi mapping for a limited amount of controllers and is free, so it's an alternative to VDJ if you have a compatible controller and don't want to spend anything. I can see this as an advantage for people who have a controller at home as the free version of VDJ is limited in that respect.

It doesn't seem to be Pro software at this stage, but I will have a look at it next week. Thanks for the link.

Mixxx 2.0 has successfully surpassed the experience of Virtual DJ in many ways – with a bit of attention to UI design, device compatibility, and overall cleanup, this could be an acceptable software for any DJ

I wonder what ways they are, then? :-/

Apparently, not in the ways that matter the most. I have never used this software, so can't make a judgment. However, I do know that some of the advancements of most of our competitors, I have been enjoying for years, and have not spent another dime. I always say, use what works best for you.

Looks likes M-Audio Torq

Doesn't even see my Pioneer DJM 850 asio drivers which means I cant even test it out............. Another 1 bites the dust.
