I would if they would send me a key code and what to download. I upgraded and I can't get any information from anyone including this card query site. but thanks for the answer, the only one I have gotten in the last 2 hours
 
also if I download the vj8 it has a certificate error and will not work, only 7 does and then like I said I do not have a key code

I gave you the download link.
V8 does not use keycodes. Login to the software using your website credentials.

Your latest purchase will only work with V8 and not with V7.

thank you for the answer, I guess I do not understand, use my web credentials, I have my old key code, this does not give me a license for the new software. when I try to use the download for vj8 it only gives me 10 minutes with my controller, that is why I upgraded. I guess I have to give up for today, thnk you sorry so grumy but I just spent money and I cannot get the product.
 
I JUST WENT THERE AGAIN, IT ONLY SHOWS MY OLD LICENSE sorry for caps. I can not download the new dj8
 
If you have 8 already installed then you do not need to download anything else.

By website credentials i mean your user name and password for this site.
You need to login to Virtual DJ 8
 
ok I will remove this whole discussion and go cancel the transaction and buy some other software as this does not work. I guess I am not explaining myself well, vj8 does not download and the dj7 le that I am licensed for does not upgrade. the home edition works if I do not plug in my controller, the le version works if I plug in the controller, vj8 does not work at all

What do you mean V8 doesn't download?

You need to explain exactly the steps you are taking so we can help you.
 
He must have downloaded version 8, based on what he's already stated.

It's only giving him 10 mins with his controller - so he must have already downloaded and installed it!

Certificate errors seem to be related to Internet Explorer. I'd suggest dumping IE and changing to either Firefox or Chrome.

@normb - if you have ever had a cracked version on your system then this may well be the cause of VDJ 8 not working correctly.
 
I have it installed, again, it gives me 10 minutes, that is why I paid for an upgrade, I also forgot my password and it is telling me here the new one that was snt is not right either. It ants a license key to keep from stopping at 10 minutes. I do not havcwe one because they charged me sent me an email but it does no thave a license key and the card querypeople send automated answers and support here does not answer so I can not make this work
 
You will not get a license key sent to you.
Version 8 requires you to login to the software.

Do you already have version 8 installed?
 
yes I have it installed, I logged in with my name and password, it still gives me 10 minutes, ask for me to pay to upgrade and put in a license key
