So I have been running a Mac on vdj 8 for the past few months. The Mac was running on El Capitan without issues. Meaning I was able to run music, video and zipped karaoke. So last week when I wanted to use the same Mac with serato I noticed that the mixer/sound card would not work with El Capitan. So I reverted the Mac back to Yosemite. When I did that all of the karaoke files in vdj 8 come up with an error when I attempt to load them. So I decided to load vdj 7, the files have no problem there but the video driver keeps telling me there is a problem on all files. So, I went into 8 and all of the necessary karaoke options are on, the files will not play. I opened a ticket with support, they recommended what I already tried. They wanted two of the files via Dropbox. So I did that and they said they tried loading them on 2 test macs... Does any one have any suggestions?
