If it was purchased from this website they you should be showing as a licenced user, currently you are not and that may be part of the issue.
You need to log in to the software to authenticate your licence.

you can because in principle the tractor s2 kontrol at Virtual DJ use 8 ? and if so, do I need a mapping and where can I get this forth , it should do it .

It is natively supported in 8.2 so no mapping required.

Traktor Kontrol S2 MKII is indeed natively supported, but not the MKI (original S2).
so if you own the S2 (MKI), nothing will happen of course, as its not supported.

According to the supported controllers page on Wiki the Mk1 is supported. That's where I checked before responding to the post.
If that information is incorrect then the wiki needs to be changed.

My bad. Wiki stands correct. (i had S4 in mind) S2 MKI is natively supported.
BTW, the OP appears to be using an outdated build of VirtualDJ, so we advise to download and use the latest from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/index.html
also keep in mind that to fully use your controller, you will need to purchase a license http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
