Log in to the software with your forum username and password. No serial number required as it's activated on Atomix' servers.
You didn't look very hard as there's a link to support on this very page at the top.

Of course, this is all documented in the Getting Started PDF supplied with VDJ 8...
You can also log into VDJ 8 with your Google or Microsoft ID - but (what the PDF doesn't mention) you do have to add those addresses to your account here first, so that VDJ 8 can associate them with your forum details.
