after 8.2 upgrade all my drum loops are shot to h.ll, why what and so on any suggestions anyone?

Try to enable earlyAccess builds in options, restart and wait a bit to update to the early access release.
Then see if the loops are syncronized again.

Hej John !
I had the same ? problem with samples went off sync when updating (3420), I went back to 3409 and its stable again.
