Hope I'm not wasting anyone's time, but am I able to configure Virtual DJ to connect to my Behringer mixer and have Deck 1 play in one channel, and Deck 2 play in another, while using the USB cable?

Well maybe if you tell us what Behringer mixer it is, we would be able to find the manual via Google and read it for you. :-)

Well I didn't need to read the manual! You've only got to look at the mixer to see that USB audio only gets sent to channel 1.

Are you aware of any mixers that DO allow you to have the USB signal split into two channels?

Certainly. The Allen & Heath DB2, DB4, PX5, 43C and 23C. Also several mixers by Rane. The MP2015 is my favourite.
