I am using a older controller the American Audio Versa Deck and since the last 2 updates I have lost all midi controls. I have tried everything from reinstalling to reformatting my HD and I still do not get and midi functions

In VirtualDJ Settings-->Controllers tab, do you see the American Audio Versadeck at the top-left list ?
If you do, click to select it and see what options you get in the Mapping Drop-down list.

ok, and when the "Factory Default Midi Mode" mapping is selected, when you press a button or move a fader on the Versadeck, do you get the relative Keys displayed in the Key Learn section of the Controllers tab ?
