Hi just wondering if its just me but I have not received any VDJ8 updates in the last 6 weeks. Should I have had any? Many Thanks

Still on build 3523. Nothing released since 24/11/2016.
The early access build after that got pulled and we've not heard anything since.

Many times when there is a long gap between updates they are working on a bigger update than just a build. For example there was a long period of time between 8.0 and 8.1 and 8.2. I still have the early access update 3543. I do not know why they pulled it back, it seems to work fine!

It was an issue with content unlimited apparently.

I think you are right.
And 3542 had a recording issue on some configurations
So 3523 it is for now
- and in any case I don't think Atomix would release a new version on a Friday :)

I'm still on build 3398 as i still get some netsearch results on there, but to be honest most of them now just show "Error" but i do still get some that play .I am purely a home user and i'm wondering if there are any later builds you can still get Netsearch on? Will content from any other stream sites play on VDJ? I genuinely only use it for fun and there's not much point of having the subscription and i'm not going to start buying tracks i will only listen to once or twice. Any suggestions welcome.

Looks like Netsearch is dead. It does not work on recent builds but there has been no statement from Atomix to state whether it is part of the software going forward or not.
My guess is that the Netsearch features built in to the software will just quietly disappear on one of the future builds.
The only service supported by VDJ is Content Unlimited so you need to decide if it's worth the money or not.

Yes i kind of thought that K. I have about 1500 tracks in the cache and i listen to a lot of them fairly often so I'm between a rock and a hard place here. I'll probably just keep the subs going as i can't be bothered starting from scratch again with another supplier.
Thanks for your reply.
