I just got the Traktor Audio 6 and some NI MK2 control vinyl and in traktor they work perfectly but in VDJ I get bad drift whenever I do a sustained backspin. To make sure I wasn't imagining things I went back into Traktor and did a 3 minute backspin at high speed and came in right on point at the sticker.

When the drift happens I can see the wave in VDJ jump forward all of a sudden and otherwise it works perfectly while scratching/mixing. Both programs are using the same ASIO settings Sample rate etc.

VDJ shows that I have a clean signal with no phasing, any suggestions I?

Can you can play around with the TimecodeAntiSkip setting and see which value is best for your setup. Perhaps a larger value would help with intense backspins

I'll try that but there's no skipping going on, I can spin back pretty hard on CV with my setup and have no skips (leveled decks, leveled cart/azimuth, shure m44-7s, flat new CV). And this happens in VDJ with almost any backspin. When I get home tonight I'll make a little video showing whats going on.

When is anyone realistically going to do a three minute backspin?

Surely that situation would never arise in practical use?
