Yes, CU is licensed for commercial use.
Of course you can also DJ there without using CU - by purchasing music. That would be my recommendation. Don't rely too heavily on CU providing everything. Have a backup, have your own purchased music.
The venue should also be licensed for musical entertainment, so that covers you playing CDs, vinyl etc.
