My controller isn't registering on VDJ, but the hubs and everything say it's good to go. When I go on the controller tab, it doesn't recognize it but has weird symbols and custom mapping. Need help figuring it out.

Probably just me, but I'm not sure what you mean by "hubs". What controller are you using?

The USB port connected to my MacBook. It recognizes its a mixtrack 3, but the software itself says its a "custom controller"
