Just purchased mt3 pro. I have it connected to my MacBook 4gb ram. Having issue in delay in jog wheels. Can someone help me fix this problem? Do I need more ram? Pitch controls with wheel works fine just with scratching there is a delay.

Do you mean that there is a delay in resuming playback right after you release the jogwheel or a generic delay while you scratch (move jogwheel back/forth) ?
If its the first case try to set the Touchwheelspinthreshold option (from VirtualDJ Settings-->OPTIONS tab) to a lower value and the setting rampScratchTime is set to 0.

It happens when I try to scratch it does not respond right away. After maybe an hr after I discovered the issue it began to work fine. The minute l touch the wheel music paused.

If this behavior is erratic (happens at random times and goes away at others) then either there is a hardware fault or a grounding issue. Keep in mind that the touch sensitive jogwheels works with a tiny current passing through your fingers/body and if you are not "grounded" this may fail.
You can also check (when this happens) if the Vinyl/Scratch mode is disabled for some reason
