Yet again it's been pulled from the software. There are threads about this already on this page.

I've just updated myself having taken a 30 premium trial of Spotify, only to find the feature has been pulled before I even spun a tune!

You shouldn't be gigging with rented/streamed music anyway, and certainly not stuff ripped from YouTube.

As been pointed out before you should own most of your music. These services are just to fill in between the tracks you have not purchased yet.
By the way, maybe you should increase your vocabulary so you can express yourself in a dignified manner...

@Dr. Trevorkian, I actually leveled your post to oblivion because you violated the forum rules so badly, and I was too lazy to edit all of your insults. However, I thought you should be allowed to have your little tantrum. It is unfortunate that Spotify has decided to not to be a part of our software anymore. To the professional DJs here, it will not be a big deal, as it was just a way to listen to some new tracks inside the software. It did not make, nor will it break this software, as it was a small little plugin, that was not made for professional use anyway. I did love the Shazam feature, but if I need it bad enough it is still on my phone. Most of us will move on quite nicely, as our careers never depended on a streaming service that took forever to load, could not cache, could only play one track at a time, cost $5.00 a month, and was not legal to use publicly. However, if that is how you rolled, who am I to judge?
You are free to use any software that you want, as many of the professionals here actually own more that one software. As for the other services that you mentioned, and loved so much, Grooveshark, Netsearch and Spotify. I wish you all the luck with the software that supports them.
Please use this link for Spotify discussion, thank you.
