I have paid for my subsciption, but the license is not availble on my account. I have tried getting a hold of someone and no help. I am very frustrated and would either like a number to call or some technical help asap.

What subscription?

VDJ Pro? Content Unlimited audio? Video? Karaoke?

We don't see any purchase under the email of this Account. Either your payment is on hold or denied, or purchased under a different email.

If you login within VirtualDJ 8 with the same account credentials as you use in this website, dont you see your License in the VirtualDJ -->Settings-->LICENSES tab under Licenses ?
 
it shows my license is there
 
You said that you had the same problem as the first poster, and his problem was his license not showing.

Yours is showing, so what's your issue?
 
its showing I need one,it has caution symbols by each deck in config.
 
choose correct audio config for your controller hit its special icon in the audio config page :-)
