Is there anything in Virtual DJ that would streamline sorting songs in my library into virtual folders based on the length of the song? (i.e., 2:00 songs, 3:00 sons etc) Or is there anything else out there that someone can recommend to do this with? Thank you in advance.

Try to create a Filter Folder as ..
group by Length range 60
and Scope to Database.
then expand the Filter Folder
The length is measured in seconds, so if you want to create some other Filters e.g. to get songs "around" 3mins (180 seconds) within +- 10 seconds. ..
Length >170 and Length <190
group by Length range 60
and Scope to Database.
