Hi,
after some years i have found a good DJ name and want to change that..
How can I do that?
Even this should change also my ask the dj name.

That's not possible.
 
But it is for some. I'll mention no names. It makes me wonder..and not just here but on the Serato forum.
What are the qualifications of the elite?

I would like a better name than bigron1.
Maybe DJ BoatRocker.
 
I am sure I read a thread and the answer was to raise a ticked, would be nice if one of the moderators / staff could clarify this as I myself like a few others picked a username originally thinking it was just for the forum , and now its your login and ask the DJ name as well.

Hi,

i opened a ticket, they told me that it is not possible to change a nickname.
I created a new account and now will try to ask them to move my license information to the new account.
The merge did not work as described above.
 
Let us all know if they sort this for you

Just make a new venue in the setup, problem solved ;)

BUT: Now i have the VDJ 7 license in my new nickname?
What i did was to register a new user with djlindwurm and gave them the same email adress than djheesters.
Very strange is that i can login with djlindwurm and/or dj-lindwurm, looks like the minus sign will be ignored ????

In the moment i am in dicussion with others about different things that can depend on this change (Sets are no more visible on the internet)

I was able to change my DJ name by going into my account and changing my forum nickname. I'm not sure if that's the same thing, but it worked for me.

I tried to t do that many times before butit was always greyed out indicating that it can't be changed, then just went to try again and BAM! - Finally able to change my forum to my actual dj name ......yaaaaaay.
Now if only PlayStation™ would get their finger out and allow us to change our usernames too

Didn't work for me, my forum nickname is greyed out.
 
Your name is quite good..maybe they are being merciful to those with awful names?
I think Ragdo11 needs to go back to the planning stage.
