This should allow you to click the VDJ task bar icon to minimize the VDJ skin which is standard behavior. It doesn't effect anything else as far I can tell and you don't need a caption bar etc. I only tested it on Win7 in one of my own apps so you should test under other windows versions. An annoying thing some times.
