please also update the echo
 
It'll probably be a good idea to tell what exactly it is you a missing from the currently used echo:

Echo out:

Lowcut Echo
 
When will we get back a echo out effect? And why I know about the loop out effect I just don't like it doesn't sound original.

Try Echo Doppler but you need to set up a button to Grab the beat

Std echo works as echo out:
 
For some reason my Echo has now turned into an echo out... which is very annoying!

Does anyone know if there is a known issue with the effect or does anyone know if there is a fix for it please...
 
are you sure "mute source" button is not set in "echo" effect settings ?

Have you enabled "trailing stop" on it by accident?
 
Trailing Stop is on by default, and does not turn echo into echo out.
Setting the strength to maximum or turning on 'Mute Source' might make it sound similar though.
