These 2 folders now appear next to Live feedback & Genius DJ.
Any ideas?

Tool tip (or clicking them) should show what they point to
Right click should show menu to remove them if you don't need those

Shortcuts are created either by dragging them there, or by using the Add Shortcut option from the sideview menu.
