Hello, Friend bought a ddj-1000 and set it up per instruction manual, but it just acts strange. Every song has to be manually adjusted for volume ( max volume occurs on each deck after song load) I watched him fight this all night long. Also, he loaded a sample on his deck and virtual dj crashed twice and then recovered. Any input would be appreciated. He had the latest 8.3 build and his firmware was 1.5 (latest)

Sounds like he's loading tracks that have not been analyzed. Was he streaming his tracks? As for the sample crash, they will probably need more info, like format, location, etc.

For the crash, he will need to reproduce while being online so that the report gets uploaded to our servers and then let us know which account (his email) to look at.
