Sound occasionally cuts off i already tried the drivers on the laptop and controller its all optimize aswell as the latency. I took a video of the problem. I tried to contact support but all i get everytime is automatic no reply emails. Im really frustrated if i dont get a fix im canceling my subscription and move to other sofware

laptop specs
controller model
latency settings
wasapi or asio
 
Laptop alienware 16gb ram 1tb ssd
Ddj ergo / ddjrz
Asio settings standard or even tried to raise it and still does it
 
 
Will probably be a bad Dell driver causing latency spikes. Comes up here regularly.
 
Have you actually used latencymon to check your system?

Also try wasapi
