they're settings, settings can be changed by script, also ALL 3 of these settings actually have script verbs to toggle
but why do you need to? you either want autobpm or you don't.

I'm not a scrip person, and this is not in the manual. all i want do is turn off the sync after I match the bpm from my DDJ-SB3 controller.
I Have read the manual always, I'm not new to this software. this function is not mapped to this controller in Vdj.

From what I can see, the sync button on the sb3 is simply mapped as 'sync', so this button already only syncs one time when you press it.
It does not active pitch lock or beat sync, so it seems like it already does what you are looking for?

Sync Is Not Mapped to shift Sync Off on DDJSB3. Need I say more? I Have To go to the software to turn it off, When it should turn off by shift sync on my controller. Possible miss Programing of mapper?

VDJ does not have sync on/off.
Other DJ software may have the ability for sync to be permanently on or off, but the sync button in VDJ does not latch. It just does its job when you press it, then it's effectively off again - that's it.

OK, Found This In DDJ-SB3 Manual
SYNC (OFF) button Press:
The tempo (pitch) of tracks on adjacent decks can be synchronized automatically.
[SHIFT] + press: Cancels the sync mode.

SYNC: Syncs the tempo and phase of this deck with the deck that is set as Master (indicated with the M button in the 4 Decks default skin). The Master Deck is automatically by default (auto mode)
Hold SHIFT down and then use this button to manually set a deck as Master.
Once a Deck is manually set as Master, the auto-selection of the Master Deck will not be available. To return to the auto-selection, you will need to press the same button again on the Deck that is currently set as Master.
THIS is different so I see that it is an automatic feature in Vdj. Just wonder why it was so different on the other software. when I do sync the sync lights on controller light up but no lights on VDJ software. Damn auto feature. So I get it now. Just curios as I did it old school.
