Why you want to "extract" ?
VirtualDJ can play 48khz songs perfectly fine with your sound card set to 44khz .. if that is the goal :)

Denon mcx800 plays files with a frequency of 44100. Has a problem with playing 48000

In standalone only. Not with VDJ. Any audio editor will convert easily.
