Maybe it take some time to appear in VDJ
present when following link but not present in VDJ (yet?)
 
Yes. takes time to be populated (to cache) ;-) will be there in not so long

(inspired by Fisher - Loosing it , someone asked for similar samples.. ;-) )

pack finally became available just now
difficult to find because it always appears at bottom of the list what ever the "sort by" dropdown is
- when sorted by "newest"
last 5 in this list :
Drop It 2014-08-20, Famous 2019-01-15, Audio FX 2019-01-15, Fog Horn Inception 2020-03-19, Dancehall Vocal Pack II 2020-03-21
- Only "Drop It" differs when sorted by "Popular" ("Live FX One") or "Default" ("Check this Out")
 

Works "by newest" here.. . ;-)
That is, if you have something installed (of the newest), that has not had any updates or anything, they will appear at bottom .. (as "already have"'s)

As for wait time, you can clear the folder /documents/virtualdj/cache/plugins/ to speed up if its unusually slow update
