Hi when i use the denon prime 4 in asio drives the broadcast live comes out very low, when i checked laptop no audio signal was coming through. When you change to wasup drives everything works fine apart from some controls on mixer, ie, you cant hear mix cause cues dont work. But got to say when not broadcasting the mixer and vdj8 works fine

The Denon Prime 4 has a dedicated "Record" (loopback) input to record both your mix and any input (Microphone etc).
This means that VDJ will record whatever the device sends back. So see if in the Device Utilities (the one Denon provides from the Stand-alone mode) has any Output level setting.
If not, or still too low, you can remove the "Record" line from Audio setup and record/broadcast internally , but without the Mic input.
