How to see all songs in all folders within a folder??

you have to put the folder that contains all your music folder as (Define as favorites).
for that right click on the folder which contains all your music folder => (Define as favorites)

I have as favorites but I don’t have that options

If the folder is already a favourite, you cannot make it a favourite again.
