It it’s a Dell laptop, uninstall all Dell software first. There is a Dell hardware update support tool, it disturbs the ASIO drivers.

Try set the audio buffer higher.
If Windows AND asio drivers, open the Pioneer Utility program and set sample buffer size (latency) to 256 or 512.
And if mac or not using asio, try same in VirtualDJ, set latency in settings to 256 or 512

I have the DDJ-RZ and love it... Best mixer Ive ever owned and sounds amazing. Works flawlessly with vdj 32.
