im running vdj 2021 with my prime 4 runs great my only problem i got popping noise when loading tracks i have tried turning off my virus protection how can i fix this issue can i downgrade to vdj 2020 will this work

Maybe your CPU is too slow for stems (current these days)
try to disable them ( settings --> performance --> mathEngine : Disabled )
otherwhise more info may be needed about the config (CPU, GPU, OS, ...) in a way to have a better help
yes downgrading to vdj 2020 may work if it was previously working but better keep up to date
