I recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. I realized that at the same levels, the output using windows 10 is considerably lower. Please advise.
I use: Numark NS6II, VirtualDJ 8.2, Windows 10,
All my volumes are at 100%.
When using Windows 7 with the same settings, the output is about 50% louder.
There is a new popup window during installation of version 2021: Equalizer Controls, under advanced EQ Mode, which option do I choose.

With a controller, or just your PC sound card?

check master volume in VirtualDJ and on the controller.
I cant see any reason why Windows 10 would be 50% lower volume.
And install the drivers if you did not already https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/numark/ns6ii/setup.html
As for the EQ pop-up, its a new feature in VirtualDJ 2021.
You can opt to either use traditional EQs (disable stems), or use the EQ knobs to adjust the different "parts" of the song (stems), aka vocal only, etc
