waveUseFrequency option have no effect (VIRTUALDJ 6106 - MAC OSX)
No effect on colors Waves or Shapes......

This is for the Colored Songposition Waves in the Players , not the Waves on Top ;-)

It would be cool and nice to have this for the main WAVE on TOp like REKORDBOX or ENGINE PRIME :)
So difficult ? to do 3 colors with Frequency and not stems ? Blue/Green/white (DENON) or Blue/orange/white(Pioneer) (BASS/MED/HIGH)
don't understand why it's not added, like REKORDBOX 3 BANDS or DENON ENGINE PRIME

I agree, the three colour frequency based waves have become "industry standard" now.
Another issue with the shapes waveform was reported here, where bass is not shown on the waveform.

There Skins they have the Pioneer or Denon Style Waves you can Change.

But think the original poster meant using frequencies instead of stems for the 3band, and that is currently not supported

Yes, it's not only a 3 color problem (XML), but to have the choice to use STEM or Frequency... :)

Ideally the separate bands would be linked to the EQ crossover frequencies chosen in the config too.
