my cue button not working on my denon prime 4, Cant hear mix when pushing buttons on. Im using vdj for 15 years and first time had a problem. Is it cause im using the new prime 4

Maybe your sound settings or headphone mix or headphone volume knob?

Thanks for reply, will try. Last time i tried my asio driver was not coming up on my 20 20 version. Bever had a problem with older version. Will let you know if was right

Windows or macOS ?
