Hi, I am just wondering. I saw an early access when I check the change log. Is that the beta release of that new release/version?

Yes, you can think of early access as a public beta version.
You can turn off this in settings, look for earlyAccessUpdate , and set that to "NO" to be back to regular Public Releases
