There is a post in the FB group from a guy who can't get his controller to work after 30 days with the license in the box. This could of course just be a mistake/user error - but there are a few red lights
- The controller is Hybrid dj hmc2 (made and sold only in South Africa) which I don't see as a supported controller
- It says that it comes with the "full version of Virtual DJ 8 Home Edition" - the problem of course being that the home edition is always free, and doesn't work with any controller after the 30 days pro trial period - but maybe they just mean an LE version
So is this a legit controller - or is the whole license part a scam where they rely on people using the 30 days trial and never come back?

If the controller he listed on the Facebook group is the one he has (MD1310) then it looks like it can indeed be a valid LE license. It's an OEM controller, so it may be sold with different brand and model names which is probably why it's not listed on the hardware page.
If he logs in and he can add the license to his account then it is a valid license.
He will need to use VirtualDJ in LE mode of course to use it after the 30 day trial.
