is there a right way to reassign faders.
I have tried to reassign them through mapping changed to deck master sampler_volume_master 1 (saved it) but to no effect.
I dont really use my video fx fader and would like to assign it to the sample volume on master.
the other fader video trans is not working to transition from 1 video to the other when using dual source video mixing
any suggestions?

Sounds like you are at the right place..
But try sampler_volume_master without 1 after
