We seem to have multiple users who are having problems playing or controlling a .mov file with Virtual DJ pro on a Mac. This is happening on Big Sur version 11.4 and also Mojave.... Can anyone help with this? Some you can load but not play, others won't even load...

It looks like your video was encoded with some very rare settings (full-range colors).
These were indeed not yet supported on mac, but are now supported in the latest early access build (build 6568)
