Is it about Audio/Sound or Midi/Control ?
Do you see the Pioneer XDJ-1000MK2 in VDJ Settings->MAPPING tab (top-left list along with keyboard) and the "factory default" Mapping available when selected ?
If not, have you tried a different USB port and/or cable ?
