Need further info if possible.
Are you trying to drag a file from within the VirtualDJ Browser, or from Explorer/Desktop ?
What message do you get on the Deck when you drop ? Some specific error ?
If you think the dropping is not working, then perhaps try with the default VDJ skin - if not already using this.
