Hey all.
I would like to ask those who use Mac.
Virtual DJ settings > Audio settings > STEREO TO MONO SPLITTER in HARDWARE
Anyone have it working properly?
For some reason, I want to set it as follows, but it doesn't work well.
Deck 1 to Chan 1 (mono)
Deck 2 to Chan 2 (mono)
Deck 3 to Chan 1 (mono)
Deck 4 to Chan 2 (mono)
in short
Output in monaural to the L channel of the master output of the controller connected to the left deck.
Output in monaural to the R channel of the master output of the controller connected to the right deck.
Until now, there was no problem with Windows, but recently I replaced it with a Mac.
The decks are separated, but they are not mixed to monaural.
Only the sound of the R channel of all decks is output.
I'm in trouble with the sound source that the left and right are extremely separated, such as the Beatles.
environment
PC MacBook Pro (M1, 13 inch) OS: Monterey
Virtual DJ v8.5-arm b7151
Controller Denon DJ MC4000
By the way, I also tried it on iMac (2011mid), but it was useless with the same symptoms.
thanks in advance.
best regards.

I don't get it. Why would you want such an Audio Setup (with Deck separation as u say), when your Denon MC4000 is properly doing this (with Master & Headphones in Audio setup) and proper outputs/sockets for both Master and Headphones ?

Thank you for your reply
The reason is that I'm using the MC4000 as a sub mixer, and I want to operate it with a separate main mixer.
The main mixer has 12 channels of band performance microphones, 2 channels of audio from the video staff, 4 channels of wireless microphones, and 2 channels of MC4000. Operate many faders according to the progress of the party.
If you can concentrate only on DJ play, normal setting is fine as you said.
However, I would like to set a split in the PA site where it is not.
