The custom mapping for my controller "novation Launchkey Mini" does not work.The pad is connected and also shows the function when I then make an assignment, and save that does not work. If I do the same with the keyboard, it works. Example: "9-BUTTON40" - "play_button", it displays the input key, the assignment is also perfect, but it does nothing. What am I doing wrong?

You need a licence for custom mapper to work.
Otherwise IIRC they will work only for the first 10 minutes after each program restart.
