Hi,
I just moved from Mixon 4 to Denon Prime Go.
I have a couple of issues with the sampler.
1. When switching to the sampler the volume is always 100%. Is there an option to change it to 0%?
2. With Mixon 4 I had a dedicated knob to adjust the volume of the sampler. is there an option to assign a knob with Denon Prime Go?

sampler_volume_master is the action u need , to adjust the overall (master) volume of Sampler.
Choose a knob and assign as above .. https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj/settings/controllers.html#custom%20mapping
Note: You wont see the individual Volumes changing, but the Master Sampler Volume knob at the right side of the Sampler FX toolbar https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj/interface/browser/sideview/sampler.html#ShowEffects
